Camil Golub (Ph.D. student, University of Bucharest) is a visiting student in philosophy at NYU. His central interests in philosophy lie at the intersection of the philosophy of logic, the philosophy of language and philosophical naturalism. He is most interested in the impact of naturalism on the status of philosophy as an a priori discipline. In his Ph.D. thesis he wants to address the relation between the consequences of adopting an evolutionary perspective on human intentionality and reasoning, and the normativity of logic.
