PAUL C. CHEN is a fifth year PhD student in the Philosophy Department of Chung Cheng University in Taiwan, where he also received his MA. Before this, he received his BA from Taipei University in Social Work. His main areas of interest are philosophy of mind and cognitive science, specifically related to the issues of consciousness, subjectivity, and qualia. In addition, he is also interested in two-dimensional semantics. For free time, he likes cycling, mountain climbing, and jogging.
