W. Gerald Heverly (B.A., Pennsylvania State University; M.A., University of Toronto; M.L.S. and M.A., University of Pittsburgh) is librarian for Philosophy, Classics, and Hellenic Studies at Bobst Library. He comes to NYU from the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as classics and philosophy librarian and as curator for the Archives of Scientific Philosophy, a collection of original research materials documenting the pioneering work of the Vienna Circle and its reception in the English-speaking world. He has edited or co-edited various publications, including most recently the sixth revised edition of Roy Stokes, Esdaile's Manual of Bibliography
